What if I only need it once?
Use the free tier. Three letters is enough to handle a CAF mix-up or a préfecture appointment letter without paying anything.
Do you store the images of my letters?
By default, yes. When you sign in we save the original scan to a private storage bucket so the doc viewer can show it next to the explanation. Only your authenticated session can read it. You can turn scan storage off in Settings → Privacy; the explanation stays, the picture goes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. One click, no questions, no retention team. Your Dossier stays readable; you just lose reminders and new letters.
Do you offer a plan for an entire expat family?
Not yet. If you want one, reply to a reminder email and say so. That's the fastest way to move it up the list.
