Pay for letters when they arrive
A small membership keeps your dossier alive. Letters are bought as packs, or unlimited for the bad months.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. One click in Settings. Access stays until the end of the paid period, then drops to free.
Refunds?
Within 14 days of a charge, email us. Full refund.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Dossier stays readable for 30 days so you can export. After that, scans are deleted. Immediate deletion in Settings → Account.
What counts as a 'letter'?
One upload to the explainer = one letter, whether it's a single page or a small bundle. Your first letter on any account is free; after that each letter spends one credit (unless you're on Unlimited).
Do letter credits expire?
No. Buy a pack today, use the last credit next year. Credits are tied to your account and survive cancelling or restarting the membership.
Who qualifies as a student?
Anyone with a verifiable .edu / .ac.fr / .ac.uk / sciences-po.fr / etc. email. One-click verify. Re-verify yearly.
Do you store letter images?
By default yes, so the doc viewer shows the original next to the explanation. Turn it off in Settings → Privacy; the explanation stays, the picture goes.
Family plan?
Not yet. Reply to a reminder email if you want one; that's the fastest way to move it up the list.
